APPLICATION COMPLETENESS - Minimum Information Required for Landscape Review.

Plan Set Required:

1. Site Plan prepared to scale, showing accurately completed dimensioning, boundaries of the site and location of all buildings, structures, uses, and principal site development features proposed.
2. Landscape Plan location of landscaped materials, trees, shrubs and ground covers.
3. Grading Plan including all pertinent contours of the site and area adjacent to the site.
4. Irrigation Plan inclusive of all landscape areas and buffer strips.
5. Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan.
