permitting service by which
properly licensed contractors can obtain certain permits via:

These are for simpler projects that do
not need plan review prior to issuance.
How do I apply for this service?
To set up your company for this service, you will need to establish an operating account with our office. All we need is
your contractor’s license number, a notarized letter signed by the licensee listing who is authorized to obtain permits
for the company and prepayment into a reserve account that will be debited as you obtain permits. Permit fees are generally between $16.00 and $75.00 and are based on the nature and scope of the work performed. |

What information is needed for a permit to be issued?
To request a permit, all you need is your company name and account number, a contact person in your office along with the property owner's name, the address of the job site, parcel identification number (if available), a brief description of the work performed and an estimated cost of the service. It is our goal to issue most permits within one work hour of receipt.
