3: Pre-Application Conference

Although not required for Type "A" site and development plans (except for the replacement of communications towers within 50 feet of their current location), applicants may wish to schedule a pre-application conference to obtain additional information about the Development Services process.

Pre-Application conferences are held on the first and third Wednesday of every month. Completed applications for pre-application conferences must be submitted two weeks prior to the requested meeting date. Pre-application conferences require the submittal of 12 copies of a conceptual site plan, 12 copies of the Permitted Use Verification Certificate, and 12 copies of the one-page Pre-Application request form.
