PUV

The first step in the site plan application process is to apply for and receive approval of a Permitted Use Verification (PUV). The PUV will specify the necessary level of site plan review and the required approvals for the proposed development.  PUV requests require five to ten working days for processing.

Please note that concurrent with the PUV, a Natural Features Inventory (NFI) application shall also be submitted and approved prior to proceeding through the site plan review process.
