Type B Level Review

The Type B level site plan review is available for development or subdividing of property.  Subdivision is based on the number of lots or environmental features and zoning district.  The development is capped by number of units and gross building square footage per zoning district, as indicated on the threshold chart.  Type B level site plan applications must receive Development Review Committee (DRC) approval.
