8: Development Services Committee

For Type "C" reviews, the DRC makes a recommendation on the application to the Board of County Commissioners which is the approval authority for these projects. In order to be scheduled for Development Services Committee meeting, the applicant must submit a letter of intent requesting DRC review with 12 copies of the site and development plan. DRC meetings, when needed, are held the first and third Wednesday of every month, usually beginning at 10:00 a.m. The letter of intent and the site and development plans must be submitted at least two weeks prior to a scheduled DRC meeting.
