9: County Commission Public Hearing

The Board of County Commissioners is the approval authority for all Type "C" site and development plans. The review of Type "C" site and development plans by the Board of County Commission is a public hearing. Generally, the County Commission holds public hearings on the second, third, and fourth Tuesday of every month. A more complete Board schedule is included with the Type "C" application. Projects will be scheduled for Board review approximately four weeks after the DRC meeting.
