8.  Development Review Committee (DRC)

For Type D reviews, staff will assist the applicant in scheduling hearing dates. In order to be scheduled for a DRC meeting, the applicant must submit an application requesting DRC review with copies of the site and development plan.  DRC meetings, when needed, are held at 10:00am on the first Wednesday of every month, in accordance with the site plan review meeting dates.  The application, along with all required documentation must be submitted at least two weeks prior to a scheduled DRC meeting.
