4.  Natural Features Inventory

As part of the Type D process, you must apply for and receive approval of a Natural Features Inventory (NFI) prior to scheduling a Technical Review Meeting.  The NFI will identify the location of the natural features on the property. The site plan should be developed with consideration to these natural features.  NFIs take approximately 15 working days to complete. They may be filed prior to, concurrently with, or after a pre-application conference.
