9.  Planning Commission

The Planning Commission meets monthly to review applications and make consistency determination (Comprehensive Plan) recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners.  The Board is the approval authority for Type D projects.  Staff will assist the applicant in scheduling hearing dates for the Planning Commission.
