Pre-application conferences are required for all Type D site and development Plans. During the pre-application conference, the staff of the Growth and Environmental Management Department will determine the level of application detail and specific methodologies required. All required forms, and other essential information will be provided to the applicant during the pre-application review. Interested parties
and the general public are encouraged to attend and participate in the pre-application
conference.
Pre-application conferences are held on Wednesdays in accordance with site plan
review
meeting dates. Completed applications for pre-application conferences must be submitted two weeks prior to the requested meeting date. Pre-application conferences require the submittal of a conceptual site plan, copies of the Permitted Use Verification Certificate, names and addresses of property owners within
