10. County Commission Public Hearing
The Board of County Commissioners is the approval authority for all Type D site and development plans. The review of Type
D site and development plans by the Board of County Commissioners is a public hearing. Generally, the County Commission holds public hearings on the second Tuesday of every month. A more complete Board schedule is included with the Type D application,
and is available on the Leon County
website. Projects will be scheduled for Board review approximately four weeks after the DRC meeting.
