2: PUV

The first step in the process is to apply for and receive approval of a Permitted Use Verification (PUV). The PUV will specify the sequence of reviews and required approvals for the proposed development. If Type "D" site and development plan approval is not listed on the PUV, this review is not required for the proposed development. PUV requests require five to ten working days for processing.
