2.  PUV

The first step in the process is to apply for and receive approval of a Permitted Use Verification (PUV). The PUV will specify the sequence of reviews and required approvals for the proposed development. If Type D site and development plan approval is not required by the PUV, the review outlined above is not required for the proposed development.  PUV requests typically require ten working days for processing.
