Type D Level Review

Type D level site plan review is available for large developments or Planned Unit Developments.  These developments go before the Development Review Committee (DRC), the Planning Commission, then to the Board of County Commissioners for final consideration.

Please note that the first step to any site plan application process is to apply for a PUV.
