4: Natural Features Inventory

As part of the process you must apply for and receive approval of a Natural Feature Inventory for Limited Partitions (NFI-LP). The NFI-LP will identify the location of the natural features on the property. The natural features must be shown on the Limited Partition drawings that will be submitted for Technical Staff Review. NFI-LPs take approximately 15 working days to complete. They may be filed prior to, concurrently with, or after a pre-application conference.
