Boundary Settlement
A Boundary Settlement is a conveyance of property between adjoining property owners and is allowed when:

The purpose of the conveyance is to adjust or settle the common boundary line.

The purpose is stated in the legal instrument of conveyance and is recorded in the public records of the county.

The resulting parcels lawfully allow the construction of at least one single-family dwelling unit on each parcel (i.e. meets setbacks, minimum frontage, etc.)
