4: Natural Features Inventory

As part of the process you must apply for and receive approval of a Natural Feature Inventory (NFI). The NFI will identify the location of the natural features on the property. The site plan should be developed with consideration to these natural features. NFIs take approximately 15 working days to complete. They may be filed prior to, concurrently with, or after a pre-application conference.

The next step will be the Technical Staff Meeting, but before you are ready for that, you must also file completed applications for Concurrency, EIA (Environmental Impact Analysis) and Site and Development Plan applications.

When you have all these completed, you are ready for the Tech Staff Meeting.
