2: PUV

The PUV (Permitted Use Verification) will specify the sequence of reviews and required approvals for the proposed development. PUV requests require five to ten working days for processing. You will recieve one of three possible replies to your application:

1. Not Allowed
   Your proposal is not allowed under current codes and laws. This is the end of your process.

2. Exempt
   Your proposal is exempt from site plan review. Click here for Exempt application process information. You may still require building permits to complete your project.

3. Non-Exempt
   Your proposal is permitted, but will require site plan review. Your next step is the Pre-Application Conference.
