7: Technical Staff Meeting
The next step in the process is to schedule a Technical Staff Review (TSR) Meeting. Technical Staff Review Meetings are held on the second and forth Wednesday of every month. Completed applications for TSR must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the requested meeting date. Applications for TSR must also include a completed application for Concurrency Review and a completed application for an Environmental Impact Analysis. At the TSR meeting, County staff will present to the applicant and/or agent review comments and required site plan revisions, if any.
Some types of process will be finished at this point, but others will need to proceed to their respective Approval Authorities.
