Type D thresholds for all Zoning Districts (except for previously zoned PUD or DRI, unless rezoning) include: Developments of Regional Impacts (DRI), Transitional Residential Facilities, uses allowed only as Planned Unit Developments (PUD), proposed changes in zoning, or creation of Historic Preservation or Canopy Road Special Regulatory Overlays.
