Preservation of at least 10% of existing vegetation with emphasis on quality protected trees;

Plan prepared by a qualified individual;

Meets criteria for appearance in function and combustibility, and harmony with existing and off site characteristics;

Conflicts between vehicular and pedestrian circulation are avoided, while utilizing existing site characteristics;

Integration of proposed and existing vegetation is demonstrating in plans, with emphasis on forested buffers & corridors, preservation or restoration of forest communities, preservation of upperstory constituents;

Plant Schedules contain both botanical and common names, sizes of materials by dimension and container size; location by dimension, and notation describing species diversity;

Planting specifications and species selected for the site are suitable for individual site environmental characteristics of soil, slope, wetness, and microclimate;

Plans indicate compatibility with an adjacent site environmental factors;

A detailed vegetation protection plan is provided, to be administered by an on site supervisor;

Detailed vegetation and landscaping maintenance plans and narrative.
