3: Pre-Application Conference
Pre-application conferences are required for all Type "D" site and development Plans. During the pre-application conference, the staff of the Growth and Environmental Management Department will determine the level of application detail and specific methodologies required. All required forms, and other essential information will be provided to the applicant during the preapplication review. Interested parties are permitted to attend and participate in the preapplication meeting.
Pre-Application conferences are held on the first and third Wednesday of every month. Completed applications for pre-application conferences must be submitted two weeks prior to the requested meeting date. Pre-application conferences require the submittal of 12 copies of a conceptual site plan, 12 copies of the Permitted Use Verification Certificate, names and addresses of property owners within 500 feet of the subject parcel, and 12 copies of the one-page Pre-Application request form.
