3: Pre-Application Conference

Although not required for Limited Partitions, applicants may wish to schedule a pre-application conference to obtain additional information about the Development Services process.

Pre-Application conferences are held on the first and third Wednesday of every month. Completed applications for pre-application conferences must be submitted two weeks prior to the requested meeting date. Pre-application conferences require the submittal of 12 copies of a conceptual site plan, 12 copies of the Permitted Use Verification Certificate, and 12 copies of the one-page Pre-Application request form.
