2: PUV

The first step in the process is to apply for and receive approval of a Permitted Use Verification (PUV). The PUV will specify the sequence of reviews and required approvals for the proposed development. If a Limited Partition Subdivision is not listed on the PUV, this review is not required for the proposed development. PUV requests require five to ten working days for processing.
