8: Approval Authorities

Depending on your process type, you will require approval from different authorities. Limited Partition and Type A will be approved by the Growth and Environmental Management Director. Type A may also be referred to the Development Services Committee, who also review Types B, C and D. Type Ds are then passed on to the Planning Commission, and finally the Board of County Commissioners review Type C and D processes.

If you get approval from your respective authorities, you are now ready to submit your Building and Environmental Permits.
