Type D Process
Type D thresholds for all Zoning Districts (except for previously zoned PUD or DRI, unless rezoning) include: Developments of Regional Impacts (DRI), Transitional Residential Facilities, uses allowed only as Planned Unit Developments (PUD), proposed changes in zoning, creation of Historic Preservation or Canopy Road Special Regulatory Overlays.
